In their final race before conference championships, the men’s cross country team was able to turn in some of their fastest times of the season, with an average 5,000 meter time of 20:07.47. The Rangers were lead by Christian Parenti (‘19) who finished 10th overall, finishing the five kilometer race in 18:12.64. Anatole Colbert (‘19) was close behind, finishing in 19:53.11 for 27th place overall. Tiago Dos Santos (‘18), Nick Smale (‘19) and Corey Tokarz (‘20) rounded out the top five finishers for Drew, and they all finished within four minutes of Parenti.

The women’s team had four runners compete, which is below the five runners required for a team score. Despite not receiving a team score, the Rangers still did well with Mollie Ankrom (‘21) coming in 16th overall, stopping the clock at 22:59.90 for her five kilometer race.  The other women who competed were Violet Kimble (‘21), Zoe Camp (‘18) and Paula Lopez (‘20).

The Rangers have a week off before traveling to Huntingdon, PA to compete in Landmark Conference Championships at Juniata College.
