From June 2-4, the Alumni Communities Office will be hosting an Alumni Week, encouraging Drewids to come back and enjoy festivities for free. The scheduled events include the Alumni Achievement Awards, Hall of Fame induction ceremony, golf outing, coffeehouse performance and more.

“We are really looking forward to welcoming Drew alumni back to campus for an array of events and celebrations,” Executive Director for Individual Giving, Cat Tramel said. “We have amazing alumni that we are honoring with a variety of awards, social gatherings, celebrations of class milestones, family friendly events and more,” she said.

Alums were also  invited to attend their separate graduation year anniversary dinners where they will have the opportunity to reunite with classmates over dinner in a private tent.

“Alumni truly love Drew and its beautiful campus and a chance to return is a welcomed one after we hosted virtual events during the pandemic,” said Tramel.

Students are being hired to work during the days ahead of- and throughout that week to prepare for the incoming guests. The job openings are from May 31 – June 4 with shifts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Current students can work at the registration/information desk in the Ehinger Center, be logistics coordinators, runners, assistant photographers (no equipment needed) or work in transportation as golf cart drivers.

In addition, graduating students for the CLA class of 2022 are invited as complimentary guests. To register for specific events, alumni can visit the Drew University website for more details. Questions regarding the event can be directed to alumni@drew.edu.
