After a weekend off for spring break, the Concert Hall is back in full swing with both student and professional concerts this weekend.

To kick it off, the Drew Music Department will have its second Music at Noon concert on Friday. Music at Noon concerts allow Drewids who take private lessons to show off their talent and hard work. Come out to the concert hall to see what your musical friends have been working on when they disappear to the DOYO for hours at a time. Are you a music major or minor? Make sure you come listen to your classmates since Music at Noon performances are required for them. The concert begins at noon, runs about an hour and is free for everyone.

The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center continues their 2017 residency with a concert on Saturday in the Concert Hall. Saturday’s concert will feature works by French composers Debussy and Ravel. The programs will feature the chamber music of the two geniuses who came to define the musical essence of their country. There will be a pre-concert chat with the artists at 7:15 p.m. and the concert will begin at 8 p.m. There are free student rush tickets available starting at 7 p.m.
